Job details NURSE WITH SALES BACKGROUND This position is Full time Salary Position and reports directly to Ownership. Compensation will be in part tied to revenue growth. We are seeking an energetic, marketing and sales-oriented nurse to develop new and grow existing referral relationships with rehabilitation centers, hospitals, home health and hospice agencies, assisted living facilities, physicians, and other referral sources that serve our community. This individual will actively represent Home Instead Senior Care at community networking events focusing on seniors and in-home care services. The ideal candidate thrives on being a "people person" and someone who enjoys building and nurturing an extensive network of referral contacts, such as hospital and rehab discharge planners, case managers, social workers and other health care professionals. Primary Duties: Establish and nurture professional relationships with the key staff at facilities and other referral sources.
