Position details Customer Care Coordinator / Liaison Have you ever had to call customer care support and dealt with someone who just didn’t care? Did you feel angry, frustrated, and unheard? Have you ever wanted to be the person that actually was on the other end of the call – knowing that you would handle everything differently? That you would handle every call as if you were the 1 seeking help; always putting yourself in their shoes. If this is you then we need your help. We are looking for a customer care coordinator to work directly under the VP with the sole goal of improving customer satisfaction and providing best-in-class service. We need someone who is passionate about getting the job done right – the 1st time. Attention to details, remember client’s names and projects, able to be proactive and determined to let nothing stand in their way to ensure the customer is satisfied are the top characteristics that we are looking for at HPA.
