As a Benefit Sales Telephone Representative, you represent our benefits in the market. You will solve your clients medical needs through solution based selling which will build relationships. You will sell our portfolio of group and individual benefits " Dental, Vision, Doctor, Hospital Advocacy Program, Prescriptions & More. Main Accountabilities: Sell benefits products through an established network of leads Post ads daily Call leads daily (Dental, Vision, Doctor, Hospital, Prescription & More) to small business employers Follow a daily action plan that promotes daily activities that will promote and cause you to succeed your sales goals Requirements: Great telephone and written skills Excellent listening, presentation, negotiating and communication abilities Must be able to work from home & willing to attend trainings on-line or face to face if available in your area Computer, Telephone, E-commerce web sites & Internet
