Quality Control Inspector - (Camp Lejeune, NC)

Position summary Government contractor is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to oversee all quality compliance aspects of a DDC HVAC upgrade to an existing building located on Marine Corps Base, Camp Jejeune, NC. Key Duties: Ensuring work progress adheres to specifications of SOW Field verify that craftsmanship meet industry standard for electrical and mechanical code Provide project updates and status reports to Project Manager Assist in overseeing safety compliance in accordance with OSHA, ANSI and EM 385-1-1 regulations Complete both in-process and after action inspections Requirements: 3 years of Quality Control Background 2-3yrs of field level electrical/mechanical construction background Possess current knowledge of inspection techniques Expertise to read and comprehend blueprints/schematics and to verify field production to those sepecifications Expertise to read, write and fluently speak in English Expertise to gain access to U.S. Military Installation
