Quality Engineer - (Lomira, WI)

Position details The Jor-Mac Company is currently searching for a Quality Engineer on first Shift to join their growing team. Essential Duties and Assignments include: Develop and operate quality control systems, applications; conducts analysis of testing and inspection procedures. Sets up quality qualifications in the system for inspection. Must complete assigned QE deliverables. Effectively investigates and ensures the timely closure of customer complaints. Reviews supplier Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and capability study info. Evaluates the conformity of projects to the documented process. Expertise to effectively interact with vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams relative to quality issues. Ensures the timely closure of corrective actions, conducts investigations, and any additional non-conformance investigations. Produces quality reports. Evaluates and recommends quality concepts of probability, statistics, and data analysis to make decisions.
