Job summary As a CNA, provides activities of daily living for patients as directed by the RN or LPN. The Patient Care Assistant is responsible for assisting and facilitating Provider orders, maintaining patient records and other unit-specific activities. Completion of a HUC program and 1-three years clerical experience wanted. Certified or eligible for certification in the State of WI as a CNA. CPR certified or w/in 90 days of employment.
