R&D Engineer - (Lancaster, PA)

Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) has an opening for a Research & Development (R&D) Engineer to support the development of innovative thermal and fluid management systems. ACT is a developer and manufacturer of a wide spectrum of thermal management solutions, ranging from passive heat pipe assemblies to actively pumped two-phase systems. We routinely develop custom thermal solutions for customers in the aerospace, military, and industrial equipment markets. This development extends from early prototype design to manufacturing of the final product. R&D Engineers at ACT support this process by identifying novel solutions to the challenges posed by our customers and developing these solutions from inception to laboratory demonstration.
