Volt is looking for Call Center Representative with Optical Background (dispensing eyeglasses) in Folsom. The Ocular Call Center Representative will respond to customer inquiries ranging from routine to complex related to the dispensing of eyeglasses; requires in-depth knowledge in the following areas: * Prescriptions, Plans, Products, Services, and Procedures * On-line purchasing & e-Commerce knowledge * Payment processing/payment collections * Eligibility verification * Order Status, Shipping Status, and Stock Availability * Accurate completion of necessary documentation, letters, and forms processing Qualifications: -Background working in an Optometrist office -Background Dispensing eyeglasses -ABO certified preferred, but not required Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer
