Implementation Technician - (Franklin, TN)

Summary The Implementation Technician is responsible for the testing and integration of new Westell monitoring devices, Westell modem upgrades, Direct Connect equipped Lighting Systems, and all related documentation within the TOM and Siterra databases. This position reports to the Manager, Customer Service. Responsibilities & Duties: * Locating sites in TOM database * Opening, updating, and closing trouble tickets in the TOM database as per procedure * Programming Westell devices via Putty utility * Programing FTS 370 series system through Web GUI. * Alarm testing and verification through Optima * Troubleshooting communication issues * Westell to Optima * Direct connect to Optima * Lighting system to Monitoring device * Completion of Sierra Milestones * Other duties as required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: * Advanced Ms word and Microsoft excel skills * Very detail oriented and organized * Background with Optima, Siterra
