HR Organizational Development Program Manager - (Lebanon, NH)

Hypertherm is looking to add a new member to its HR Organizational Development & Training Team. As our Organizational Development (OD) Program Manager, you will work as a trusted advisor to utilize and implement appropriate OD models, resources and systemic approaches to facilitate initiatives that enhance Hypertherm's organizational effectiveness. You will guide and motivate others to effectively facilitate change and organizational performance. As our Organizational Development Program Manager, you will develop, implement, and evaluate company-wide strategic, scalable organizational development solutions. These include performance management, succession planning, strategic workforce development, cultural assessment, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, and leadership development.
