Physician: Adult Medicine Practice in Central Connecticut | JOB- CompHealth is assisting a 2 physician group in central Connecticut with their search for a physician. The group is hiring an internal medicine, family medicine, or Med/Ped physician for an all adult practice. There are no pediatric patients seen and many patients are over 60. You will take over a large panel of patients from a physician leaving for a teaching position. Some of the procedures you will do include vaccinations, IND, foreign body removal, immunizations, travel health, and preventive care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm and 1:5 phone call. The incoming physician will see eighteen to 21 patients per day. You will need a CT medical license, and CompHealth can help you obtain 1 if necessary. You must be board certified or board eligible.
