Sr. Manager- Central Receiving Center - (Orlando, FL)

Job Purpose: As Senior Manager of the Central Receiving Center and Access at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to have the responsibility for the overall management of your assigned departments. These critical functions include - but not limited to - Day-to-day operation, provide supervision, training, consultation and leadership to program supervisors/leads and staff members, assure compliance with company policies and procedures, standards and contracts as pertains to your department services, follow department budget guidelines. Handle staff member issues in accordance with the HR policies and procedures along with HR consultation and partner with the HR department in the process of recruiting and hiring new employees. Program staff in multiple settings.
