Commission Cannabis Property Brokers of Michigan is expanding, and we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and capable real estate professional to join our real estate investment acquisition team. This is a full time position in our Bloomfield Hills office. Daily tasks will include Generating new acquisition targets for your assigned municipality in accordance with individual local ordinances Researching municipalities to locate new acquisition opportunities Completing comparative market analyses to arrive at data driven acquisition values Contacting & Managing relationships with counterparties and target prospects and regularly updating them in our database Coordinating acquisition activities including out-of-office meetings and potential site visits Work with your team to execute deals from start to finish *Our Ideal candidate Possesses The Following Attributes *
