Job details 1. To lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible, while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy. 2. Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude to residents and potential residents. 3. To respond to resident request promptly and courteously and to help resolve resident issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. To be aware of company and community policies and be able to explain them to residents and potential residents. 2. To have a comprehensive current knowledge of all lease related documents and be able to accurately complete the documents in a timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate resident files in accordance with the Company policy. 4. Enter in computer data relative to residents and potential residents in accordance with the Company's policy. 5. Assist in developing and maintaining resident retention/renewal program in order to achieve optimum increase and conversion ratios.
