Job summary We're hiring Cashiers to join our team As a Cashier, you will have a variety of responsibilities - from selling to cleaning and everything in between. Some responsibilities include: Taking and Processing Orders: Be friendly, fast, and effective. Greet our guests, nicely ask for their order, make sure it’s correct, and move to the next step. Guide our guests through the process in a warm, sincere manner by following the Steps of Service below Suggestive Selling: Suggestive selling is great service Help our guests have the best background by making suggestions and anticipating their needs. You must be able to describe every item and make recommendations without being aggressive. You must know the menu well enough to be able to answer general questions about allergens, dietary restrictions, and substitutions. Register and Cash Control: Follow the Cash Handling Policy procedures especially when entering orders and payments. Avoid mistakes and delays by being careful and detailed.
