Job summary The Design by Terrain Artisan is responsible for the highest level of customer service through expert knowledge and leadership for a particular category/ area within the DBT team. Design by Terrain Artisan should have the expertise to create in store and off site designs that uphold the terrain aesthetic. They should be self-motivated and effective problem solvers with a good eye for design. Design by Terrain Artisan must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays. This is an entry level position that does not require a strong experience in plant design, but a great eye for art, style and the use of color to make great designs under the direction of the DBT leaders.
