Position details Our Independent Agency's are looking for self motivated Property & Casualty licensed sales professionals. Our close rates on quotes are consistently around 60% . Our agency offers a base salary, commissions for new business, endorsements, and renewals . We offer profit sharing based on yearly individual results. If you are experienced with Allstate or State Farm that is a plus - as our agency offers Allstate, Hanover, Encompass, Safeco, Progressive, Grange, Allied, ASI, State Auto, Liberty Mutual, The Hartford, and many more. We are looking to grow our current customer base and we need experienced licensed "true" professionals. Our work atmosphere both is staff, and customer friendly. Our Independent Insurance Agency is looking for full/part time sales producers. An Illinois Property & Casualty License is required. Applicants must be self-motivated, have good oral and written correspondence skills, a great positive attitude, and a strong commitment to integrity and ethical business practices.
