Job Summary The Senior Account Manager is responsible for retention and growth of revenue in designated customer base in "GEMS" Government Education Mid Small Markets. The Account Manager's primary focus is to deepen and expand the relationship between CenturyLink and key named accounts to maximize revenue and minimize churn.
