Quality Assurance Tech - (Sparta, MI)

Juice manufacturer in Sparta, MI looking for qualified Quality Assurance Technician. As quality assurance you will be responsible for hands on monitoring of processes and product to ensure compliance with the companys food safety and quality programs. This position provides great opportunity to become involved in a clean and organized facility that invests in there employees. Hours: 6:00pm-6:00am Mon-Fri *hours may vary*. May have to work Saturdays. Responsibilities: *Conduct standardized tests on juice and concentrates, including pH, acid titration, vitamin C, Brix, color, clarity, and turbidity, to ensure compliance with specifications. *Record results as applicable on QA paperwork, formulas and in the receiving log. *Use sensory analysis (flavor, odor, visual) to ensure that products meet specific characteristics.
