Job overview JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective The Quality Manager is to provide leadership for the Quality Department and ensure that employees are properly trained, documented, receive regular job performance feedback and are safety conscience at all times. To contribute to a workplace environment where fairness, equality and non-discriminatory practices are the standard. Key functions Reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the required functions maybe made. Responsible for rectifying quality problems by discussing situations with the management team and QE to decide on corrective action. Responsible to maintain the Quality Assurance processes, procedures and standards. Make sure that all Quality related documents; are carried out properly. Keep Quality manual current and ensure its’ availability to personnel. Oversee the continual monitoring and improvement of quality by maintaining statistical process and statistical quality control methods.
