Customer Service Manager and Audio Script Writer - (Waltham, MA)

Position description DESCRIPTION We are looking for a customer service and audio script writing professional to coordinate and manage all aspects of our client voiceover projects, focused primarily on script preparation and order processing. In addition, this individual will provide customer service and sales support for new, innovative multi-media offerings. Given our high standards for message and audio quality, the perfect applicant must be highly detailed-oriented, but also be versatile and flexible enough to take on additional support responsibilities as we expand our product line and presence within our customer base/market. This person must also be customer-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate client resources, voiceover actors, language translators, and audio engineers to deliver high-quality voiceover recordings. Analyze client-supplied, multiple language recording scripts and provide suggestions to enhance the caller/viewer background.
