Position description We are looking for a Tax Preparer/ Bookkeeper to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Responsibilities: Be able to conduct a thorough in-person interview with clients using the company's (Quickbooks Pro) tax software Preparation and assembly of personal and small business federal and state income tax returns in accordance with policies and in compliance with legislation and regulation for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate records of business transactions and cash flow ? Requirements: Payroll, bank reconciliation and general bookkeeping using Quickbooks Pro Customer service skills and multi-tasking in a quick paced enviorment. 1yr background as a Tax Preparer in a professional setting.
