Job details Job Description: Architectural & Engineering Designer Manager Department: A&E Services/Design Location: Renton, Washington Reports to: Vice President Global Engineering & Construction, LLC is a Seattle based design-build construction firm specializing in the execution of various types of IDIQ-MATOC contracts for renovation and new construction of Government medical and non-medical facilities nationwide. We are seeking a Licensed Architect to manage all design and documentation activities and design teams both in-house and contracted consultants for military design-build projects. These projects include Military Facilities, Military Medical, Dental and Medical Lab Facilities. Assignments include working closely with each facility personnel, involved in or affected by the project and the Government to perform the Site Investigation and Report [pre-design report].
