Senior Revit / CAD Draftsman - (Pineville, NC)

Position description Arthur Rutenberg Homes, a legendary leader in residential design, has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Senior level Revit and/or CAD Draftsman to join our nationally recognized Custom Design Department in Charlotte, North Carolina. The right applicant for this position must have 3 yrs of HIGH END RESIDENTIAL experience. SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is ideal for someone that has a strong experience in residential drafting and can understand and solve design issues including roof layouts. Strong verbal and written correspondence abilities with your team and across departments, along with your strong work ethic, make you a great team member. Knowledgeable in residential construction and architecture, and have a experience which demonstrates an understanding of the home building process.
