Job summary The maintenance associate is responsible for keeping all areas of the TEC/NEC facility in clean working order. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and maintain common areas of the facility including break rooms, restrooms, stores and warehouse Light repair work Perform outside grounds upkeep using power tools/equipment Assist with extra cleaning, set up and tear down for events Drive forklift truck to transport dumpsters Painting All other duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing
