Job summary Customer Service Representative with our financial client. In this role, you will provide superior customer service by responding to customers financial service-related inquiries. Critical functions Responds to customers' financial service-related inquiries via phone and email Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Requirements and Background High-school diploma or GED required Some prior call center or customer service background and good phone skills Customer orientation and expertise to adapt/respond to different types of customers Strong communication and presentation skills Expertise to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Familiarity with Microsoft office suite (Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, etc.) required.
