Job Summary: The Trainer’s role is to provide continuous improvement of program personnel skill and acumen as it pertains to their specific program role. The Trainer equips our employees with the requisite knowledge, skills, techniques, and motivation to perform at the highest level. Our Trainer is a teacher and must be able to speak in front of a crowd, develop training materials for both internal and external teams, and work closely with business leaders to assess employees’ increased performance improvement. The Trainer must be strategic rather than reactive, assessing the skills and knowledge within MarketSource to determine the curriculum required to strengthen and retain these skills.
