Must have CDM certification or possess a Registered Dietitian Certification As a Food Services Director you would: · Ensure that all work areas, equipment, food, staff, and self are all in line with policies and procedures as required by licensing. · Monitor and Maintain menus and supervises the handling, preparation, and storage of food. · Work and assist in the kitchen as needed. · Interact well with residents, family members, and other staff members Requirements for a Food Services Director: · Must have a CDM Certification or possess a Registered Dietitian Certification. · Must have a ServSafe Certification.
