City Planner & Development Coordinator The City of Lock Haven is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to serve the community as the City Planner & Development Coordinator. The Planner performs a variety of tasks supporting planning, grants administration and economic development opportunities in the community of about 10,000 residents. Compensation range is between $35-$45,000 per year and includes a competitive benefits package which provides for a no-deductible health plan, dental and life insurance, a pension, vacation and personal days. Incorporated as a City of the 3rd Class by Act 601 of 1870, Lock Haven is the county seat of Clinton County located in north-central Pennsylvania. The City lies between the banks of the West Branch of the Susquehanna River and the Bald Eagle Creek. The City of Lock Haven is the largest municipality in Clinton County, encompassing 2.3 square miles with a population of 9,770.
