Job overview HR Generalist Department: HR Shift: two days 2:30p-11:00p and three days 12:30p - 9:00p Monday - Friday OVERVIEW We are looking for a strong Human Resource Generalist with at least 4 yrs of Human Resource background with knowledge in labor laws along with advanced HR skills gained through background to support our second shift fulfillment center Managers/employees. Candidates must have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include generalist duties as described below. The applicant should be well versed with ADP Payroll and other HR Systems with mid-expert Word and Ms excel skills. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Expert knowledge of ADP HRIS/Payroll. Partner with Payroll Administrator in all aspects of payroll, time and attendance and reporting Mid – high-level knowledge of administering FMLA, Leaves of Absence, ADA, Workers Compensation, COBRA, FLSA, and other employment related laws. Responsible for HR database and records management Assist employees with Human Resource software and systems issues.
