Position description Job Description Description: Essential responsibilities Detail oriented and organized: Provide administrative tasks such as scheduling applicant meetings, travel and expense reports, ordering office supplies, coordinate large team meetings Capture notes and provide follow-up on actions Basic analytical abilities and the expertise to work with numbers Collect, analyze, and report on data from a variety of sources, including internal HR systems such as HR Connect/Taleo, custom created surveys, and 3rd party vendor tools Assist in the development, refinement, and calculation of key performance measures and metrics Support key strategic projects (e.g. develop PowerPoint decks; build benchmarking and competitive analysis; etc) Verify and process vendor invoices
