Job summary Growing company in the agriculture real estate and development business seeks individual with background in real estate development and site permitting. Selected applicant will know and understand the process required in the development of commercial real estate projects from site acquisition up through local town permitting. Individual will coordinate the field work among team of attorneys, field engineers and development partners in their efforts of acquiring and developing commercial-scale agricultural greenhouses. This can be a full time or part time position depending upon skill and background of selected applicant. Off-site work away from office is an option as long as the job gets done.
