This attorney will: · Work with a team of paralegals and support staff while embracing a positive culture · Provide customer service and legal results to exceed our clients' expectations · Help people who have suffered primarily injuries in car, motorcycle, or bicycle collisions. · Negotiate for clients on case value and reduce lien claims to increase the amount available to the client · Litigation involved including depositions, arbitrations, and trials. · Be responsible for cases from start to finish and move files efficiently so clients can get closure on their case without sacrificing results · Follow our procedures and systems that we have in place to ensure our clients the best background. · Must not have an ego but be a team member and respect others.
