Job details Job Description Partner Support Data Processing Agent Temporary/Full time Position description Managing cases for the account and following up with various internal departments to ensure that the accounts are processed in a timely manner. This will include but is not limited to the following: Request for hold/projects on hold Request for additional info on projects Resign requests for changes to a layout pre and post perfect packet Follow up with stagnant accounts This is a temporary position, the individual will be able to apply for internal openings if available and continue to work at Solcius. Requirements Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Excellent interpersonal and listening skills Expertise to handle customer complaints and tension with a patient
