Position description We are seeking a Director Of Operations to become an integral part of our team You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. Reports to: President Major Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and improve operational practices Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines Track and forecast operational trends and analysis Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to ISO requirements ? Requirements and Requirements: Prior work in operations or other related fields Strong project management expertise Strong issue solving and critical thinking skills Strong leadership qualities Extensive experience in quality assurance Min of bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent of 10 yrs proven work experience in related position Dress code to reflect a conservative and professional image of the company Required working hours: Full time
