Diagnostic Case and Outreach Coordinator Veterinarian - (Madison, WI)

This position will work as part of a team of clinical doctoral staff at the Wisconsin Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (WVDL) as well as within the Department of Medical Sciences at the School of Veterinary Medicine. Clinical doctoral staff at WVDL includes pathologists and other client services veterinarians in both the Madison and Barron locations. The successful applicant will work with current faculty in the Large Animal Internal Medicine and Food Animal Production Medicine sections to provide clinical, laboratory and didactic instruction of veterinary medical students, including field visits. The opportunity exists for promotion within the clinical faculty promotion track. If so desired, the successful applicant will be provided with a mentoring committee with a view to promotion in areas of academic clinical practice, extension and outreach, teaching, research and/or leadership.
