Job summary Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Company Currently seeking an experienced leasing professional for Luxury senior apartment community in historic Ypsilanti. Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close. This includes generating and responding to leads, site tours, qualifying applicants and community outreach. The leasing professional will play an instrumental role in nurturing the relationship with residents throughout their stay by providing high-quality customer service. Assignments include: • Ensuring that all sales leads via telephone, walk in traffic, internet leads, etc. are followed through until considered lost. • Finding qualified leads through referrals, networking, and company supported advertisement; including outreach marketing efforts. • Closing the sale/renewal by effectively communicating the value of the community.• Monitoring and following up with pending renewal offers.
