Position summary AMC would like to announce the opening of a part time Leasing/Sales position The Leasing Agent is the 1st point of contact for all residents, guests, staff, vendors and visitors to our community. We are looking for someone to work in a team environment while providing exceptional customer service and a high-level of professionalism. While this is a part time positions there may be opportunities to grown into a full time position The Leasing agent is responsible for Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home, resulting in a high closing ratio. Additional duties include answering and greeting all incoming calls, completing lease forms and agreements, collecting rental deposits, ensuring the "model" apartments are ready for show, assist the manager in collection of delinquent rents and processing of all administrative forms and reports.
