We understand the importance for our Retail Sales Associates to have the tools, training and leadership required to make a great living while providing the best possible service to our customers. We are seeking motivated multilingual retail sales representatives who are willing to learn to earn Compensation: Depends on background. This job comes with many attractive extra compensation opportunities depending solely on your performance. We don't restrict or cap your additional compensation. Duties include but not limited to: Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance. Right fit customers by offering professional and personal expert recommendations. Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions. Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records. Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, and store or other credit cards.
