Job summary The Performance Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day production. Supervises, motivates, and supports the teammates daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication. The Performance Supervisor is the guardian of all the process implemented by the nGroup continuous improvement manager/performance manager are being executed by the process operators on a consistent basics. Establishes and maintains outstanding communication with the teammates helping them to keep the pace in order to achieve hourly production goals. Contribute to a workplace atmosphere that fosters pride in being part of a winning team. This position is accountable for meeting the department production and quality goals, as well as playing a key role in meeting the companywide profitability and customer satisfaction goals: Trusted advisor and value partner for our customers. Multi-lingual in English & Spanish required.
