Job details As an Educational Program Advisor, you will play a key part in giving high-aspiring students in elementary school through college the unique opportunity to turn their career and life aspirations into reality. You will be part of FPS's customer-facing pre and post recruitment admissions activities and processes. The Educational Program Advisor team provides real-time support to customers by utilizing consultative sales and customer service skills to provide white-glove service. Communication is key for the Educational Program Advisor: You will be responsible for driving sales through inbound and outbound calls from parents, students and teachers, as well as through e-mail and chat. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, the expertise to connect quickly with customers, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to adhere to sales goals.
