AR Specialist - (Cleveland, OH)

Job summary As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your essential job functions will include the following: Address Book Maintenance Responsible for the accurate and timely set up of new OEM Programs Dealer Groups, new suppliers and associates. Coordinate with functional areas to obtain complete information regarding new customer set ups. Assist Accounts Receivable Manager with determining optimal address book set ups for new customers. Complete testing to ensure new customer setups function as required. Serve as a backup for address book set-ups, updates and upload functions. Understand and be able to articulate the impact of changes/modification to the JDE Address Book. Complete all updates in an accurate and timely manner. Invoice validation for assigned suppliers. Perform miscellaneous invoicing for OEMs (e.g. offshore freight). Backup for returned goods authorization processing. General Duties Assist other AR associates as needed.
