Facilities Engineer - (Clearwater, FL)

Position description The Clearwater Facilities Engineer reports to the Site Engineering & Facilities Manager and shall perform such duties as may be consistent with the functions of a Facilities Engineer. Responsibilities: Plan, directs, coordinates and schedules all activities concerned with design, construction, modification and maintenance of the following facilities systems: HVAC Compressed Air Systems Process Water Cooling Towers Process Chillers Power Distribution Plant Security Fire System Parking Lots Docks and Locks Grounds Landscaping Irrigation Office Remodels Plumbing, Electrical, and Waste Work with the vendors to ensure building (interior and exterior) and grounds maintenance is in order. 24 hour emergency call dealing with building security, facility and safety issues.
