Min Qualifications 2+ years product control background and demonstrated leadership skills Necessary skills * Strong background in operations, inventory and/or Customer Service * Expertise to coordinate with multiple functional departments. * Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including Access. * Expertise to communicate effectively both verbally and written. * Must be able to work Sunday - Thursday with a start time of 7pm - 3am Monday - Thursday and Noon to 1am on Sunday * four year degree or equivalent background Additional Skills * Previous Operations background * Strong expertise to pay attention to information. * Excellent management skills. * Extensive knowledge of product flow through the distribution center and impact of bottlenecks. * Experienced in a high transaction customer sensitive environment. * Extensive knowledge of data mining with multiple platforms. * Strong expertise to multitask. * High proficiency with SCIMAN, SAP, Manhattan WMS, or similar WMS.
