Sterile Processing Manager- Direct Hire - (Kennewick, WA)

Position summary Responsibilities: ? Demonstrates and sustains compliance with the Caregiver Expectations and Code of Conduct. Fosters an environment that nurtures collaboration, teamwork, and mutual respect through excellent communication. Provides sound leadership to the team to the Sterile Processing team, and any ancillary staff including OR teammates, volunteers, and other medical center teammates within the Sterile Processing Department. Collaborates with Human Resources on personnel issues. Qualification/Education/Experience: 2 yrs sterile processing or surgical services experience desired. Active BLS required Minimum 3yrs recent supervisor or management background required. RN, Surgical Technologist, or Sterile Processing Technician experience in an acute care medical facility preferred. Recent supervisory or managerial background required. Bachelor’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in progress, from an accredited educational institution required.
