Network Training Director - (Ada, OK)

Position description Job Summary Directly supports the Network through collaborative development, producing and updating training materials and communicating with all other departments, and training new department members. Helps improve member and associate acquisition, retention, and development efforts through coordinating, implementing, and executing global training programs and events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential duties and assignments include the following (other duties may be assigned): Responsible for the creation and execution of product, process and skill training programs, materials, resources and events. Periodically update all training material to effectively teach new concepts.
