Facilities Maintenance Worker - (Los Angeles, CA)

Position overview compensation: Varies depending on background employment type: full-time Position duties: MUST BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN ALL FACILITY NEEDS. · Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all Crown/ Raymond equipment · Perform all assigned planned maintenance on equipment · Maintain entire fleet of equipment and parts inventory. · Maintain records of all repairs and scheduled services Qualification: · High-school degree or equivalent · Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the expertise to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics · Strong written/oral communication abilities · Valid driver's license, good driving history, and expertise to safely operate lift trucks · Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding background, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
