PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES * Ketchup Enthusiasts - Will perform responsibilities as paste delivery, utility, seamer operator, relief, depalletizer, etc. as directed by supervisor * We clean everything - Clean and/or sweep floor during periods of downtime * Tidy up - Keep work area neat and orderly * Knowledge is power - Be knowledgeable of all job functions related to production * Wanted - Team players who can work efficiently with their co-workers and others in the * plant * Safety 1st - Adhere to all Red Gold policies, rules and regulations, including GMP's and safety EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND * High-school diploma, General Educational Development Diploma (GED) or equivalent background KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES * Must be able to understand and carry out basic instructions while performing manual labor related tasks. * Must be able to successfully use basic, math, writing, and reading skills necessary to complete the required paperwork and projects.
