Generator Service Technician - (Syracuse, NY)

Job overview Home Power Systems, LLC (HPS) is a Premier Generac, Kohler, and Briggs & Stratton generator dealer in Syracuse, New York. HPS is the leading installer of automatic home standby generators in central New York having installed over 3,000 home standby generators and has over 5,000 current service and preventative maintenance customers. We are currently seeking a Generator Service Technician to join our team Home Power Systems is looking for a reliable individual to perform maintenance and repairs on residential automatic standby power generator systems. Previous factory training is a plus, although we will provide training for qualified candidates. Electrical experience is required. Basic mechanical and pipe fitting experience is beneficial. The selected individual will assist with maintenance and repairs on backup power systems in the greater Rochester, NY area. Most work is outdoors. Applicant must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
