Position overview Our service technicians go through a rigorous training program, not just on repair, but also customer service and computer training. If you are looking to start a new career, and you have good customer service skills, are mechanically inclined, and have a clean driving history, come talk to us The service technician role is an extremely important role within the Rooms To Go Team. Service Techs will travel to our customers' homes, and will be part of the "Face" of Rooms To Go. They will be responsible for repairing damaged furniture (upholstery, wood, etc.) if possible, or assisting with replacing products if necessary. Candidates who are qualified will possess a clean driving history and solid mechanical skills, and must be 21 yrs of age or older. Prior background of wood, leather, upholstery repair and technical skills is a plus, but not required.
